Merry Christmas!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I certainly did! I got the shoes I wanted, a new claddagh ring (we have to return it and get .5 size bigger) fleece sheets for my bed (AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!) and a matching blanket, Just Dance 2 for the wii, and Aeropostale gift card from Pad, Cucumber melon lotion and body spray from my friend Abbie, a super cute Santa ornament, earrings (two pair), lip gloss, a furry sweatshirt from my cousin, stamps (Like with ink) a nail buffer, some socks, stickers for my wall, two books, candy, gum and money from relatives or family friends. I love all of my gifts! I have played Just dance so mych and my shoulders are sore. My favorite song to dance to is called Iko Iko haha! I really want to go shopping now so I can use my gift card and I have also decided I want to get a butterfly chair to put in my room. I hope your Christmas was as good as mine! Happy 2011!

Did I mention?

For April break we are going to Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic! I am totally psyched and cannot wait. I look forward to all the trains and castles and stuff. The only downer is the 17 hours of travel thing. I am getting used to it for sure. The other cool thing is that we are staying for two weeks! I will miss my cliffy doo though.

Holidays!

One week 'til Christmas! I am bursting with joy, but the part that drags me is I have to go to school another three days. Oh well, as long as it gets me closer to Christmas and New Year's. On the 26th we are going to go down to Red Hook for a few days. Yesterday I got a haicut. It is a little past my shoulders and I have bangs. I like it so far I just hope my bangs don't get annoying. In class I had to write a personal development essay and while I was searching for pictures of my, I found this one. Coll-I know you will love it.

Happy Holidays everyone! I love this time of year! giving and getting and all the decorations. I am in Saratoga this weekend, but I am a little bit sick so it's not as fun. None of my friends are here with me so Im kinda bored, but you know what cheers me up? Yup. TARGET! We have our tree up and there are only like 14 days. I have all my gift shopping done except for a few things I will get today while I am walking around. Pad won his first game 6-1, and I am not sure about the last one because I stayed at the hotel since I dont feel great. Cliffy is slowly losing his hair. He looks much skinnier and it all falls out in big clumps. My poor little baby! :(

Red Hook

I got to miss school on Friday (I got a day longer break) and we went to Red Hook. Well, My mom and I did. I had a good time there. We got to go to Target (again) and we also went to H&M where I got a cool new pair of pink pants. I got a lot of my shopping for X-Mas done, I just have 4 little things to get, but I'm not sure what they are yet. I love shopping, especially for other people. I mean who doesn't? I also got a sweatshirt, a skirt and a notepad while we were there. I also got to eat Five Guys, again, and our favorite sandwiches from the IGA down the road. We also got to visit with my Grandpa (Papa) which is nice. I feel so bad for him. He never goes anywhere all he does is watch TV. There is no good food and Uh. I can't imagine living like that. It makes me happy that when we see him I know that he is happy. I have all week off! I am so excited. On Tuesday I am babysitting from 7AM to 3 PM. The girls are really good and sweet so I should be good. I have babysat them before so I know what to expect. I wanted to do a realy fun craft (thanksgiving related) but I need to find pinecones. I know we have some somewhere...... My novel is going really well. I have 9,000 words typed and 13 more pages that need typing. My goal is 12,000 as you know so I am almost there. I typed for about two hours yesterday and my hand hurt so bad. Anyone want to type for me? 10 cents an hour! Kidding. Hope you have a Happy Turkey Day!

The Keene Trip

Good We got to go to Target We got to eat at five guys I got most my friends their X-mas gifts I had lots of free time-I finished a book Got to spend time with my friend Got to swim Had cinnamon buns for breakfast Essex won both games ! Got to eat at Panera (that reminds me of Ohio) Had fun Stef (watched after cliff) said he was laying by the basement door and the cat walked like 2 inches in front of him and he didn't move! That gives me faith in him! Bad We get to the rink for the first game to find the whole place is filled with Carbon Monoxide due to a propane leak We then drive to Brattleburo for a game there Because of that the team doesn't get to go bowling I forgot to buy these really cool socks I saw at Target I thought I lost my sock, and i looked all over (i found it) I burned my tongue on Hot Chocolate We got home to find mice ate our oreos. Yuck I have quite a few tests this week but I don't think I am going to school friday, I think I am going to Red Hook for a few days. I have to read this book that is about Africa that is really bad and I just can't stay focused on it, it's that bad. I don't understand it one bit. I didn't have anyhome except to read that book. It is called Born For Adventure. We have been eating quite a bit of pomagranite latly. YUM! As far as my novel goes I am about half way through it and it is the half mark of the week today. I am right on schedual! Write soon

A big sigh of relief

I have finished two projects that are due friday and I have got/am getting a lot of my christmas gifts soon, and I love getting people gifts and giving them to them. I am already excited for X-mas! I am going to Keen, NH over the weekend and it will be nice to get away for a little while. I am also making project in my novel, I just need to type it (the only part I don't like) I have started reading two good books, which I love. Time for me to go do some writing and reading before bed. Peace!

Yawn

I had a great Halloween with all of my friends. We went to a neighborhood that some of my friends live in. We got so much candy. The first two days I was all hyped up on candy, but I'm all good now. I've slowed down on my candy consumption. I have been spending a lot of time with my friends lately. I had a friend over on Friday, and I went to a friends house today. When I went to my friends house we are so close I can just take food. She asked me if I was still hungry and i said I was fine and if I needed food i would just grab something and she was like ya-I'm not worried. I'm excited because the Holidays are coming-can you believe it? This year went by fast-too fast. I know what I am getting pad and my parents but I need to think of something all the same for my friends-any ideas. I was thinking Target socks, maybe. And a candy bar. Help.... I have already made my Christmas list- the top two things on my list are these Puma shoes and a clauddah? ring. I also want the game Just dance for the wii. It is like a dance game-it looks fun and my cousin really likes it. I will post Halloween pictures soon :)

Montreal

Yesterday, the 20th, I went to Montreal with my class. It was a two-two and a half hour drive, but we had fun. We get to go on coach busses because normal busses are not allowed to go out of the state. Luckily passing the border was quick. We then walked a little tour through part of Old Montreal, where everyone had to present something about a place we were seeing. Me and my friend did the City Hall, which was built in 1872 but then burned down in 1922 and was rebuilt out of steel. Then we got set off in our groups to go where ever we wanted with our chaperone. My chaperone was Mr. Bumpas, you know my awesome teacher. It was just me, him and my friend. We ate at Shwartzs. The middle picture is what I had. We also shared pickles and fries. It was GOOD! We then walked around and Mr. Bumpas took us into some sketchy (as he called them) odd stores, either because he wanted Smurfs chess or to look at shoes and hats. We then got gelato and then went to the archeology museum. One word: Boring! I mean it was kind of cool because there was a cemetary that we coud see, and it was underground. Then the bus ride home. I was tired after that. I dont have school today or tomorrow.(YIPEE!) Did I mention that Browns River Cross Country Team went undefeated, boys and girls!!!! GOOD JOB TEAM!

My life....

Hello people of the world (but mostly in the United States). Today, I am in a happy mood. i just got back from a meet. I came in 35th out of 76 people, so I beat half. It was two miles long, and I think I did really good. it was a really fun course because you got to go all different places. The course is not very safe though. Today some girl fell and like ripped her leg apart. Last year some girl broke her leg. Luckly the host knew to have perimedics there already. I think the girl was OK. Cross country is endong soon...I am getting a jacket! I will post a picture when I get it! OOh OOH OOH! I have exciting news. HOCKEY HAS STARTED! No, I am not happy. I was kidding about all that excitement. Back to boring nights. Maybe I will read.... Right now, the sabres have just scored two goals in the past 3-4 minutes. I know because they get all excited and you hear the TV say, "GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAL!" Go sabres! I got this new game on my iTouch called virtual families, (I confess, I am addicted) and it is so fun. You can have up to six kids and your goal is to keep your family alive and make them happy! Hey! (Sorry, I'm kind of hyper!) I am reading a really good series called the Clique I am really liking it. I also have to read a book called The Revealers. Its not very good and its really boring. 89th Lex Mangan Browns River Middle School 15:15.6 5:05/K That was pretty good. I was 2 away from half, but that is OK. I will do better and push myself next time. I have had so many tests this week, and I am so ready for a break! I am having a friend over tomorrow, and I am excited about that because I barely ever get to have that chance. I have been awfully hungry lately. Yes, I know growth spurt but it is like crazy! I will have an apple at like 10:15 and by 10:55 I am starved and ready for lunch. Then I am hungry before I get home, so I eat some and am ready for dinner 1-1 1/2 hours later. I am hungry before bed. I AM ALWAYS HUNGRY! Oh, and when I'm not hungry I am thirsty? Why can't I stay content? The harvest market is this weekend.. it is just a big market where you can get everything. There are lots of good foods and fun little toys. There is a parade and you get to hang out with your friends! I have made a new goal. I want to bog at least once every week, and If I don't, i will write an extra long one the next time! To start off with, I had my first real Cross Country meet. I cam in 49th out of 88 girls. I was pretty happy with myself and look forward to doing better (i hope) I am really liking it so far and kind of wish I had done it the years before. I am back in the swing of dance and am learning new steps. I hope I can get to some feis' again. As for Tai Kwon Do, as of tonight I am officially a yellow belt. No more easy white belt! That was before the redo. Finally I got my room done and it looks awesome! My mom thinks the walls are too pink-but i like it! I painted it myself but my mom did the high spots and touch ups. I went shopping and didnt really see/get anything special. waahoo! The final outcome.............

Spitpapers, iHomes, Rice Salad, Leaves and More

School started! I was not excited about it starting, but since I've been, I look forward to going to school. Well, I pretty much only look forward to seeing what my teacher (One of them) has in mind. Mr. Bumpas is a great teacher, and he is HILARIOUS! If you use a pen in class, he takes your paper, stuffs it in his mouth, gets water in his mouth, swishes and gurgles it, spits the water out, takes it out of his mouth and throws it on the wall. And it sticks. He also stands on his head in the middle of class, on a couch. Randomly he makes farting noises in the middle of a quiz. Or he says, "No, I just want to eat chalk." Then (obvously) spits it out. He said he thought it would be minty. He makes it fun math, which not many people hear of. He is also my Cross Country coach. That to is also fun. I got a new iHome recently, that I am just loving. I got one with the radio. It was 60 $ but it is almost starting to be worth. I also got it 20 bucks cheaper than usual. My new favorite food to take to school for lunch is Rice salad. (That's what I call it.) It is wild rice with a dressing and i put chicken, carrots, red oions in it! YUMMY! I just cannot believe that leaves are falling already! Summer felt like it was 3 weeks long.I do kind of look forward to it being cooler because i am tired of all this hot weather, but sadly i still have the fan going and can only put one sheet over me. I am going to become a yellow belt on September 17th. I need to practice my stances and vocab. That, I Pretty much have done, but i can always make time to study. I know i will pass, because he oly lets you test when you ready and i was supposed to test at the end of july. Wish me luck! Well, I am going to go get some ice cream! Love you for reading.

My past 3 weeks

I was in Buffalo the past 3 weeks. I had so much fun. It was so nice to see all my cousins. I hadn't seen them in over a year. We spent our days biking and going to the corner store, we went to the fair and saw the hypnotist and walked around, i won a fish, took care of Chimmy, we went to the mall, went to the movies, played with Carolyns friends, watched TV, and hung around with Grammy. My family got there on the 19th and it was nice to see them because i missed them so much. On Monday the 23 we headed to Ohio. We went and saw Coll. That was a great trip. It was really nice to see Coll and meet the babies. They are so adorable. They are so smiley and talkative. I love to listen to them babble. I wish you all lived closer. School starts in 4 days and I do not want to go back. I miss my friends but do not want to learn anymore. If you know what I mean

Home, or am I?

I have been home. We got home like 10 and i put away some things. I have been home for a 17 hours. I will tell you what i am doing later. I am bored so i am writing, but i have nothing to write about. BYE

More stuff

Home tomorrow. I am ready to go home, but enjoyed my vacation in Florida. I dont look forward to tomorrows travel. God how i miss Cliffy. He is at a friends house enjoying being brushed. I love going on vacation and getting to try new things. Like for the first time EVER today I tried Cinnabon( I have had a cinnimon roll, but not from cinnabon) and Godiva chocolate. That chocolate is amazing. I ate at the Cheese Cake Factory for the first time in my life. I tried a cuban sandwhich. I wore a flat cap. I also went to a bunch of stores I have never been too. Pad went on a lazy river for the first time in his life. I always love when people are like, "I went to Blahblahblah today." and I can be like, "I've already been there." I know it sounds like bragging but everyone likes that, right?

The other night we ate at a place called GrillFish. It was AMAZING!! I had macaroni and cheese, and it was the BEST! The bread they served was AWESOME! If you ever come here, you have to go there!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday night we ate at a place called Hostaria Romana. It was expensive and not that good. The picture with us at the red and white table is that place. The waiters were very friendly though. Tonight we are eating at Five Guys. The best burger place EVER!!!! The beach is right out the door. It is really nice, but the water is salty. the ocean water is like bath water, ~86 degrees. I have never been in an ocean that warm. well My hands hurt.
